By applying for a loan with Kuza Sacco Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.
1. Loan Agreement
By submitting your loan application, you confirm that:
- You have understood and agreed to the terms of the loan, including the interest rates, repayment schedule, insurance costs, and processing charges.
- You are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- All the information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
2. Interest and Charges
All loans attract an interest rate as outlined in your loan application form. Additional charges may include:
- Loan processing fees
- Insurance charges
- Penalties for late repayments
3. Use of Your Information
By submitting your application, you consent to Kuza Sacco Ltd using your contact details (email, phone number, postal address) to:
- Send you promotional and marketing messages
- Notify you of product updates and services
- Provide customer support and loan updates
If at any time you wish to opt out of promotional messages, you can do so by contacting us at info@kuza.co.ke or replying with “STOP”.
4. Data Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Kuza Sacco Ltd commits that:
- We will not share, rent, or sell your personal data to any third party unless legally required to do so.
- Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
- We comply with the Data Protection Act of Kenya.
5. Loan Repayment Responsibility
You agree to make timely repayments as per the repayment plan. Failure to do so may result in:
- Accrued interest and penalties
- Reporting to credit reference bureaus (CRBs)
- Legal or recovery action where necessary
6. Right to Amend Terms
Kuza Sacco Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes before they come into effect.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
